Hydraulic & Pneumatic Equipment
- Users of hydraulic and / or pneumatic equipment must be fully conversant with the proper procedures for its safe operation. Operating instructions should always be followed.
- If the equipment is faulty, it should not operated or used. Especially if there are components that are not designed for use with the equipment, or when a safety device is missing, incorrectly adjusted or defective.
- Use the appropriate PPE when necessary. When using most pneumatic equipment, noise can be a problem. Wear hearing protection. And when using hydraulic test equipment, wear the appropriate eye protection.
